托吡酯治疗儿童偏头痛的疗效观察

Efficacy of Topiramate in the Treatment of Migraine in Children

目的对托吡酯治疗儿童偏头痛的疗效进行观察。方法选取46例偏头痛患儿作为研究对象,将其均分为观察组与对照组。观察组采用托吡酯进行治疗,对照组采用氟桂利嗪进行治疗,疗程结束后,对两组的治疗效果进行对比观察。结果经过治疗后,观察组患儿的平均月偏头痛发作次数以及发作持续时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用托吡酯对儿童偏头痛进行治疗的总体治疗效果显著。

Objective To observe the efficacy oftopiramate in the treatment of migraine in children. Methods 46 cases of migraine were selected as the study objectives and divided into observation group and control group, observation group was treated with topiramate, the control group was treated with flunarizine treatment, after treatment, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. Results After treatment, the average number of migraine attacks and the duration of attack in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of topiramate in the treatment of migraine in children is good in clinical practice.
