子宫内膜异位症应用不同剂量米非司酮治疗的临床应用价值

Clinical Application of Different Doses of Mifepristone in the Treatment of Endometriosis

目的分析子宫内膜异位症应用不同剂量米非司酮进行治疗的效果。方法选取2016年1月11日—2017年2月22日来我院就医的子宫内膜异位症患者88例作为本次研究对象,通过动态化随机单双号分组的方法,将其分为两组,两组患者分别给予6.25 mg米非司酮、12.5 mg米非司酮进行治疗,探究两组患者血清学指标、不良反应发生情况的差异性。结果观察组患者的LH、FSH、E2,与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者P、不良反应发生率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症采用小剂量米非司酮治疗效果较为显著,安全有效。

Objective To analyze the effect of different doses of mifepristone on endometriosis. Methods From January 11, 2016 to February 22, 2017 in our hospital, 88 cases of patients with endometriosis were selected as the research object by dynamic randomized. The method is divided into two groups by means of dynamic random odd even grouping, two groups of patients were given 6.25 mg mifepristone and 12.5 mg mifepristone for treatment, the differences of serological indexes and adverse reactions among the two groups were investigated. Results The observation group of patients with LH, FSH, E2, compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The incidence of P and adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endometriosis with low-dose mifepristone treatment effect is more significant, safe and effective.
