硝普钠与乌拉地尔治疗脑出血急性期高血压的效果观察

The Effect of Sodium Nitroprusside and Urapidil on Hypertension in Acute Stage of Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的分析硝普钠与乌拉地尔治疗脑出血急性期高血压的效果。方法选择我院自2015年8月—2016年7月收治的脑出血急性期高血压患者88例作为研究对象。依据患者治疗方法差异性,将其均分为两组。接受硝普钠治疗的44例患者为参照组,接受乌拉地尔治疗的44例患者为研究组,最后对两组患者的治疗效果进行总结。结果经不同方法治疗后,研究组患者的血肿体积和CSS评分改善情况均优于参照组,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑出血急性期高血压予以乌拉地尔治疗的效果理想,较比硝普钠更具优势。

Objective To analyze the effect of sodium nitroprusside and Urapidil on hypertension in acute stage of intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods From August 2015 to July 2016, 88 cases of patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. 44 patients treated with nitroprusside were referred to the study group, and 44 patients treated with urapidil were included in the study group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were summarized. Results After treatment with different methods, the hematoma volume and CSS score of the study group were better than that of the reference group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The ideal effect to urapidil in treatment of acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, compared with sodium nitroprusside has more advantages, which can give priority to and popularizing in clinic.
