针灸治疗急性发作期过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis in Acute Attack Stage

目的观察针灸治疗急性发作期过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年7月—2017年5月收治的86例急性发作期过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象。按照单双号法,将其分为对照组(43例)和治疗组(43例)。对照组予以常规西医治疗,治疗组予以针灸治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的临床治疗总有效率优于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的复发率低于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸对急性发作期过敏性鼻炎的治疗效果优于常规西医治疗方法。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on allergic rhinitis in acute exacerbation. Methods A total of 86 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis were enrolled in our hospital from July 2015 to May 2017. They were divided into control group （43 cases） and treatment group （43 cases） according to the method of single and double numbers. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion is superior to conventional western medicine in the treatment of allergic rhiniti.
