奥扎格雷联合血塞通治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Ozagrel Combined With Xuesaitong in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨奥扎格雷联合血塞通治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的88例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各44例。对照组患者给予血塞通静滴,阿司匹林0.1 g口服,1次/天;试验组在对照组的治疗基础上,给予奥扎格雷静脉滴注,两组患者均进行为期14天的治疗,对比两组患者经过不同的治疗后的效果以及治疗前后神经功能损伤情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的治疗总有效率对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且两组患者神经损伤情况对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷联合血塞通治疗急性脑梗死有显著效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ozagrel combined with Xuesaitong in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
