摘要
目的利用ATP生物荧光监测法检测器械的清洗效果,建立器械清洗质量检测体系,并指导清洗流程的改进。方法根据器械的结构把器械分为平面类器械、普通器械、结构不规则器械、外来手术器械。各类器械平均分为对照组(60例)与实验组(60例)。对照组器械用酶液浸泡3~5分钟后进行刷洗,然后放入清洗消毒机。实验组器械在酶液中超声清洗5分钟,然后放入清洗消毒机。所有器械目测合格的情况下进行采样进行ATP检测。结果对照组平面类器械、普通器械ATP检测合格率100%,不规则器械、外来器械酶的合格率分别为90.00%和86.67%。实验组清洗合格率均为100%。结论平面类器械和普通手术器械采用酶液浸泡3~5分钟刷洗清洗机清洗的方式可达到清洗彻底的效果。外来器械和结构不规则器械采用超声清洗5分钟加清洗机清洗的方式可达到最佳清洗效果。
Objective To detect the cleaning effect of the instrument by ATP bioluminescence monitoring method, establish the quality inspection system of the equipment cleaning and guide the improvement of the cleaning process. Methods According to the structure of the device is divided into planar equipment, general equipment, irregular structure of equipment, external surgical instruments. All the instruments were divided into 60 cases of the control group and 60 cases in the experimental group. The control group was soaked with enzyme solution for 3-5 minutes, then washed and then placed in a cleaning and disinfecting machine. The experimental group was ultrasonically cleaned in the enzyme solution for 5 minutes and then placed in a cleaning and disinfecting machine. All devices were visually inspected for ATP testing. All devices were visually inspected for ATP testing. Results The qualified rate of ATP in the control group was 100%. The qualified rate of irregular instruments and foreign instruments was 90.00% and 86.67% respectively. The qualified rate of cleaning in the experimental group was 100%. Conclusion Flat type equipment and general surgical instruments using enzyme solution soak 3 - 5 minutes scrub cleaning machine cleaning method can achieve a thorough cleaning effect. Foreign equipment and irregular structure of the instrument using ultrasonic cleaning 5 minutes plus cleaning machine cleaning method can achieve the best cleaning effect.
