脑卒中合并吞咽障碍患者并发症运用床边吞咽功能评价工具的康复效果

Influence of Bedside Swallowing Function Evaluation Tool on Complications and Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients With Dysphagia

目的分析床边吞咽功能评价工具对脑卒中合并吞咽障碍患者并发症及康复的影响。方法筛选80例脑卒中合并吞咽障碍患者,根据吞咽功能评测法的不同,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用洼田饮用水评测法,观察组采用床边吞咽功能评价工具评测法,对比两组患者的并发症及康复情况,评价床边吞咽功能评价工具的应用价值。结果对照组的并发症发生率为40.0%,观察组为15.0%,观察组低于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组患者治疗后的神经功能缺损评分,观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论床边吞咽功能评价工具对脑卒中合并吞咽障碍患者具有积极的影响,可降低并发症,促进患者康复。

Objective To analyze the influence of bedside swallowing function evaluation tool on complications and rehabilitation of stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods 80 cases of dysphagia stroke patients with swallowing function were selected, according to the different evaluation method, which were divided into control group and observation group, 40 eases in each group. The control group used Watian drinking water test method, the observation group used bedside swallowing function evaluation tools, complications and recovery of the two groups were compared, the value of bedside swallowing function evaluation tool was evaluated. Results The complication rate in the control group was 40.0%, the observation group was 15.0%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The neural function defect score between two groups were compared after treatment, the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bedside swallowing function evaluation tool has positive effect on stroke patients with dysphagia. It can reduce complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
