综合护理干预在髋关节置换术中的应用研究

目的研究综合护理干预对髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2012年4月—2016年4月我院骨科收治的80例髋关节置换患者作为研究对象。按照入院顺序编号后录入计算机系统,将其随机分为干预组(n=40)和对照组(n=40);干预组患者采用综合护理干预,对照组采用常规护理,比较护理后两组患者护理质量、髋关节功能恢复情况。结果干预组患者髋关节功能恢复优秀率为42.50%,高于对照组(27.50%);干预组患者良好率为25.00%,低于对照组(40.00%),组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者的基础和专科理论以及操作评分均高于对照组,病情掌握评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够为髋关节置换患者提供全面地护理,兼顾患者心理和生理需求,帮助预后,提高关节功能,具有较高的临床使用价值。

Objective To study the effect of integrated care intervention on patients with hip replacement. Methods 80 patients with hip replacement were selected from department of orthopedics in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2016. After entering the computer system according to the order of admission, the patients were randomly divided into the intervention group （n=40） and the control group （n=40）. The intervention group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention, while the control group was treated with routine nursing care, the quality of care and the recovery of hip function were compared between the two groups after nursing. Results The excellent rate of hip joint function recovery in the intervention group was 42.50%, which was higher than the control group （27.50%）. The good rate of intervention group was 25.00%, which was lower than the control group （40.00%）, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The basic and specialized theories and operation scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the eon-ol group, the score of disease mastery was higher than that of control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Cnnelusinn Comprehensive nursing intervention can provide comprehensive care for patients with hip joint replacement, meet both patients＇ psychological and physiological needs, help prognosis, improve joint fimction, has the high value of clinical use.
