摘要
目的分析目标管理结合护士分层管理模式在耳鼻喉科护理管理中的应用方法及效果。方法选取我院耳鼻喉科收治的120例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组。两组患者采取不同的护理管理方式进行护理。结果研究组的护理质量评分和护理满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标管理结合护士分层管理模式可以有效提高耳鼻喉科的护理管理水平,提高护理质量和患者的护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the application method and effect of target management combined with nurses' hierarchical management model in nursing management of ENT. Methods 120 cases of patients with otorhinolaryngology were randomly divided into study group and control group. Nursing was carried out by different nursing management methods. Results The nursing group's nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Objective management combined with nurses tiered management model can effectively improve the nursing management level of ENT, improve the quality of care and patient's nursing satisfaction, should be widely used.
