Objective To study the clinical nursing methods and effects of hepatectomy for hepatic hemangioma during perioperative period, and summarize the nursing experience. Methods From January to December 2016, 84 cases of patients with hepatic hemangioma admitted in our hospital were treated with operation. They were divided into the experimental group and the reference group according to the order of admission, with 42 patients in each group. In the experimental group, the patients were given comprehensive nursing intervention during the perioperative period, and the patients in the reference group were given routine care during the perioperative period. The complication rate and length of stay in the two groups were compared between the two groups. Results The complication rate of the experimental group was 7.14% (3/42), the complication rate of the reference group was 28.57% (12/42), and the experimental group was lower than the reference group. The hospitalization time of the patients in the experimental group was (10.5 ± 2.1) d, shorter than that of the reference group (14.6 ±4.2) d, the difference between the two groups was statisticatly significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The hepatic hemangioma resection in patients with perioperative period of patients with comprehensive nursing intervention has ideal effect, can reduce complications, promote the recovery of the patients, shorten the hospitalization time and the comprehensive nursing care program as the first choice.in patients with excision of henatic hemangioma.
