经桡动脉冠状动脉内支架植入术的护理配合分析

Nursing Coordination Analysis of Transradial Coronary Stent Implantation

目的分析经桡动脉冠状动脉内支架植入术的护理干预措施。方法选取2015年6月—2017年5月至我院就诊的冠心病患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机分为常规组与实验组,两组患者分别采取一般护理与整体护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果护理前,两组患者的生活质量与健康行为评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,实验组患者上述评分均优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者采取经桡动脉冠状动脉内支架植入术治疗辅以整体护理干预措施,利于改善健康行为,提高日常生活质量。

Objective To analyze the nursing intervention of stent graft in the radial artery coronary artery. Methods 60 Patients with coronary heart disease from June 2015 to May 2017 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects, which were divided into normal group and experimental group. Two groups of patients were respectively taken general care and holistic nursing intervention, the effect of nursing care was compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the quality of life and health behavior score between the two groups （P〉0.05）. After nursing, the scores of the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of coronary artery disease with coronary artery stent implantation with holistie nursing intervention is beneficial to improve health behavior and improve the quality of daily life.
