摘要
本文通过分析我国食品安全检测现状,发现当前食品安全检测中存在的问题,从而提出了从健全监督体制机制、提高企业和消费者的食品安全意识、提升检测技术,完善检测设施、促进第三方检测机构的建立等方式而改善我国的食品安全检测现状,促进我国食品安全环境的营造。
This paper found the current food safety detection problems through the analysis of the status of China＇ s food safety inspection and put forward the perfect supervision system from the mechanism, improve food safety awareness, enterprises and consumers to improve the detection technology, perfect testing facilities, promote the third party inspection agency to establish and improve the status of food safety testing in our country, to promote the construction of China＇ s food safety environment.
