摘要
笔者所在中粮生化能源有限公司建厂时采用玉米浆蒸发器,其进料方式为顶部进料,物料带有一定压力,切线方式进入。当初设计时采用的液位计是双法兰平膜片式恒河EJA118W差压式液位计,安装方式为紧贴罐壁焊接法兰,在使用过程中,经常发生双法兰液位计的上部膜片破损故障,既增加维修费用,又严重影响工艺运行的稳定。因为液位计显示不对,导致蒸发器自动进料阀失控,致使实际液位显示偏高,溢出物料,堵塞蒸发器。经过长期研究和总结,笔者将液位计的安装方式进行改革,将紧贴罐壁的法兰用DN80的钢管两端焊接DN80的法兰,进行延长过渡,同时在钢管内部焊接了筛网,这样改造之后,已经使用3年,未发生双法兰膜片损坏故障,彻底解决故障。
