我国水产品药物残留现状及整治措施

Status Quo of Drug Residue in Aquatic Products in China and Its Treatment

水产养殖过程中,在对产生的疾病治疗和防治时,药物起着十分重要的作用。但是因为许多的养殖户对于科学养殖方面的知识比较匮乏,或者是因为养殖者想获得更高的经济及效益,在疾病的治疗和防治时乱用药物,致使水产品中有很多药物残留,并且此类现象越来越严重,对人本身的身体健康造成危害。笔者根据现在社会上水产品的药物残留的现象以及如何整治这种问题进行了分析。

In the process of aquatic breeding, process for treatment and prevention of diseases produced by the drug, plays a very important role, but because many of the farmers for scientific farming knowledge is deficient, or because the farmers want to get economic benefits and higher, treatment and prevention of disease in the breeding process of the indiscriminate use of drugs, resulting in aquatic products have a lot of drug residues, and more and more serious, the harm to the human body health itself. The author analyzes the phenomenon of drug residues in water products in the society and how to cure it.
