近年来,食品安全事件接二连三发生,严重影响了人民群众的幸福和健康,并带来社会和谐稳定问题。食品安全至关重要,食品检测担负着食品安全"第一道关口"的责任。但现实存着食品检测资源闲置浪费和信息无法共享等诸多问题,对此,笔者着眼于提高食品检测资源利用率提出几点优化、整合建议。
