摘要
本次试验采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定大米中的总砷,研究了KBH_4浓度、溶液酸度和共存离子等方面对大米中总砷测定结果的影响。结果表明,在硝酸—过氧化氢体积比为5∶2的微波消解下,砷的线性范围为0~80 g/L,该方法回收率在96.0%~106.0%,检出限为0.3 g/L。该方法快速、准确度高,应用于大米中总砷的检测,获得满意结果。
The determination of trace arsenic in rice kernels by Hydride Generation Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry was studied. The effects of operation conditions such as KBH4 and HCl concentration and concomitant ions were researched, the results show that, in the nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide volume ratio of 5 : 2 microwave digestion of arsenic, the linear range of 0 --- 80 g/L, the recovery rate in 95% --- 105%, the detection limit is 0.3 g/L. The method is rapid, accurate, applied to imports of arsenic in rice detection, satisfactory results are obtained.
