摘要 随着我国食品农残检测技术的不断进步,快速溶剂萃取、高速匀浆提取和凝胶色谱净化等更高效更先进的技术得以不断运用到实践中去。然而,这些先进的技术和方法同样需要先进的设备和掌握这些技术的人员去运用,这对于一些经济落后、科学技术达不到的地区的推广是非常不利的。为了提高提取效率,降低成本促进农残检测方法的改进,本文通过对国标GB5009.19-2003技术进行相应的改进,对茶叶农药残留做检测,并取得不错的效果。 Along with the advance of our country food pesticide residues detection technology, the accelerated solvent extraction, high-speed homogenate extraction, gel chromatography purification more efficient and advanced technology to apply to practice. These advanced technologies and methods, however, also should grasp the advanced equipment and technical personnel to use it for some backward economy, science and technology to reach areas of the promotion is very unfavorable. In order to improve the extraction efficiency, reduce costs to improve detection methods of pesticide residues, this article through to the corresponding national standard GB5009.19-2003 technical improvement, to do detection of pesticide residues in tea, and achieved good results.
