抗心动过速起搏器采用AAI-T工作方式时如发生感知不足能诱发心动过速,提高感知灵敏度或改用OAO-T工作方式可有效纠正之。

Four cases of tachycardia induced by antitachycardia pacemakers were reported. Undersensing of P wava leads to asynchronous pacing, which is a premature stimulation. If the pacing falls on the tachycardi-inducing zone, tachycardia will be induced. Tachycardia induced by antitachycardia pacemaker should be treated as soon as possible, otherwise it may be endless. The method to terminate it is to increase the sensitivity of P wave or program the pacemaker to OAO-T mode.
