基于集中应用架构的数字档案馆系统设计与实现

摘要 为维护国网甘肃省电力公司档案资源的完整性、安全性,提升档案服务质量,文章采用现代化软件开发理念设计了一套数字档案馆系统,可对企业重要档案信息资源进行统一管理,提升档案资源的利用水平。该系统采用B/S架构,通过浏览器即可访问且不需安装其他软件,易于操作,同时可实现与OA的无缝链接、收发文的自动归档等功能,大大提高了档案管理效率。实际应用效果表明,该系统运行安全、稳定,促进了甘肃省电力公司档案管理数字化、标准化、信息化水平的提升。 To maintain the security and integrity of the archival information resources of State Grid Gansu Electric Power Company, enhance the archives service quality, this paper designed and developed a set of digital archives system with modem software development idea, which realized the unified management of important archives information resources, improved the utilization level of archival resources. The system uses the B/S architecture, users can access system expediently through the browser, does not need to install other software; as well as seamless connection with OA, automatically receiving and dispatching archives and other functions are realized, which greatly improved the efficiency of archive management. Practical application results prove that the system is safe and stable during the operation, and promotes the Gansu Electric Power Company file management digitization, standardization, informatization level.
