摘要
在"一带一路"政策推动下,我国电力企业在巴基斯坦的电站建设项目逐渐增多。电站升压站、系统保护、远动设备等涉网部分的设计及设备选型必须满足巴方电网公司的要求,文章从主接线配置、设备标准、计量系统、保护配置、远动配置等方面分析了我国电站常规设计和巴方电网标准要求之间的差距。研究成果可以直接应用于巴基斯坦电站项目建设中,提升我国电力企业在"一带一路"沿线国家电站建设项目中的执行能力。
With the policy of the belt and road, more and more power plant projects are launched in Pakistan by Chinese company, the design and equipment selection of grid- related parts, such as step-up substation of power station, system protection and telecontrol equipment must meet the requirements of the Pakistan power company. This paper analyzes the difference between China and Pakistan power grids from many aspects including main connection configuration, design standard, measurement system, protection configuration, remote configuration and so on. The results can be applied directly into power plant construction in Pakistan, and will promote the ability of Chinese electric enterprise in Pakistan and other the belt and road countries.
