As a material platform for architectural education, the development and renewal of the Architecture Faculty Building could reflect the style, history and characteristics of a school of architecture. This paper shows the construction course and spatial characteristics of the Architecture Faculty Building in Chongqing University, discusses the relationships between the spatial evolution and the professional teaching ideas, teaching activities in different periods. In the end of this paper, it discusses the transformation of the architecture building in the contemporary context.
