Introduction
The arcadia refers to the garden on the paper. Due to the limitation of realistic condition, it isfabricated ideally. There are many Arcadias in gardening literature of the traditional Chinese literati: One is The Tale of Arcadia of Liu Shilong in Ming Dynasty, in which the Arcadia is a purely fabricated inner fairyland. In the world of traditional literati, the "fairyland" is ubiquitous, which is without the restrictions of time and space, won't be broken nor destroyed, could be invoked at any time, could grow uncontrollably, could be added and deleted arbitrarily and also could be demolished and rebuilt. One is TheTale of Meiyin Gar- den of Lu Xiangsheng. The creation time of Meiyin Garden is a bit special. At that time, Lu was fighting with Manchu troops.
