摘要
在空间资源约束和城市转型发展战略背景下,城市更新将成为上海未来城市可持续发展的主要方式。本文以金桥自贸区大三角洲区的二次开发为例,主要研究该区域城市功能及主要发展方向、功能构成、建设规模以及开发策略等,探讨公共中心通过更新手段,满足开发区转型期产业发展及产城融合需求,为类似开发区的转型发展提供可借鉴的思路。
Under backgrounds of spatial resource constraints and urban transformation strategies, urban renewal will become a key method for sustainable development in Shanghai. The paper takes re-development of Great Delta Area in Jinqiao Free Trade Zone as a case study, and mainly concerns designation of urban functions, key development directions, functional compositions, scales of development, and development strategies in the area. It explores how demands for industrial transformation, and integrative allocation of productions and residences can be met, by means of renewal, in a public center. Hence, it provides a reference of thinking on transformative development for similar re-development zones.
