基于政策维度回顾和评价南沙的规划与发展历程,对南沙国家级新区的规划建设进行回顾与反省。首先简要介绍南沙规划建设的历史脉络;其次针对《广州南沙新区发展规划》和《广州南沙新区发展条例》文本进行政策分析;最后通过"大数据"对南沙新区的规划与建设成效进行评估,并以此为基础讨论新区空间规划政策的框架、实质内容及其有效性。
