西咸新区建设探索与启示

EXPLORATION AND ENLIGHTENMENT OF XIXIAN NEW DISTRICT CONSTRUCTION

西咸新区拥有独特的自然文化基质,是首个以创新城市发展方式为主题的国家级新区,其酝酿、建设在遵循新区发展一般规律的同时,也有着不同于其他新区的创意和特点。本文通过对西咸新区建设实践历程的梳理,对其主要做法和措施进行了探讨,并对新区地域特色与发展理念及方式,新区定位与核心区域发展战略实施,新区发展的阶段性与适度的开发节奏等方面做了进一步思考。

Xixian new zone has unique natural and cultural base, and it is the first new zone at national level taking the innovative urban development mode as its theme. The conception and construction of Xixian new zone not only follow the general regularity of new zone development, but also has different initiative and characters, fn this paper, the author addresses the construction phases, and explores its countermeasures. Furthermore, the author discusses its inspiration in terms of the relationship between the regional characters and development ideas and ways, the new zone orientation and the strategy implementation of dominant cities, the development phases and rational development rate.
