摘要
西咸新区作为国家创新城市发展方式试验区,承担着西部大开发新引擎建设、打造向西开放重要枢纽、落实"一带一路"战略等重大任务,在创新我国城市发展方式、探索中国特色新型城镇化道路、健全城乡发展一体化体制机制等方面具有典型的示范和引领作用。本文以西咸新区发展模式创新实践为蓝本,着重从产业到空间进行解读和剖析,梳理西咸新区在总体定位、产业统筹、空间规划等方面的发展思路及实践策略,探索国家级新区发展的适宜性模式和地方性路径。
As the national innovative urban development method test area, Xixian New Area undertakes the important task of building a new engine of west China, building an important hub of westward opening up, implementing the strategy of ＂the Belt and Road＂, which playing a typical exemplary and leading role in innovating the urban development mode of our country, exploring new urbanization road with Chinese characteristics, and improving the integration of urban and rural development and institutional mechanisms. Based on the innovation practice of the development model of Xixian New Area, this article focuses on the interpretation and analysis of the industry from the industry to the space, combs the development thinking and practice strategy of the Xixian New Area in the overall positioning, industry coordination and spatial planning, and explores the suitable mode and local path of the development of national new area.
