Industrial Heritage and Reuse of Complex Protection in China

在工业文明时代中,工业遗产是最为重要的物质载体,其原因就是因为工业遗产是人类文明演进的重要见证,同时其也承载着文化传承的重要使命。也正因为如此,如何保护与利用工业遗产已经引起了相当广泛的关注。在中国,因为工业的快速发展,在建国初期的很多工业建筑都在面临着拆迁或者是再开发的选择题。不管是对于政府决策者还是对于专家学者来讲,工业遗产的保护与利用都已经变得非常紧迫,也是一项非常具有挑战性的工作。在文中,从北京与上海这两个中国最具有代表性的地区出发,分析了中国在工业遗产保护上的实践,分析当前所遇到的挑战与问题,并积极借鉴国外经验,以期可以更好的促进中国工业遗产的保护再利用。

in the era of industrial civili- zation, industrial heritage is the most important material carrier, the reason is because the industrial heritage is an important witness of the development of human civilization, but it also bears the important mission of cultural heritage. Because of this, how to protect and utilize industrial heritage has aroused considerable concern. In China, because of the rapid development of the industry, in the early years of the founding of many industrial buildings are faced with demolition or development in the choice of questions. The protection and utilization of industrial heritage has become a very urgent and challenging task for government policy makers and experts and scholars. In this paper, starting from the Beijing and Shanghai the two most representative China area, analyzes the practice of industrial heritage protection in the Chinese, analysis of challenges and problems encountered, and actively learn from foreign experience, in order to better promote the China industrial heritage protection and utilization.
