乡村规划思路的变革:从新农村到美丽乡村

Transformation of Rural Planning Ideas: From New village to Beautiful Countryside

从社会主义新农村建设到美丽乡村打造,是我国乡村发展的历史进程,也是时代的进步。本文通过对过去新农村建设规划的总结与反思,结合多个具体的实证案例,提出了美丽乡村规划的新思路。即从传统的偏重物质空间环境的规划中走出来,更多地关注村民的参与度、农村的产业发展、农村文化的保护与传承、邻里关系的建构等农村社会经济发展的方面。

It is the historical process of rural development in China, and also the progress of the times, that from the construction of new socialist village to beautiful countryside. Based on the summary and reflection of the new village construction plan in the past, combined with a number of specific empirical cases, this paper puts forward a new idea of the beautiful countryside planning. That is, instead of emphasize the physical space environment planning, pay more attention to the villagers participation, rural industry development, rural culture protection and inheritance, the neighborhood construction, etc. just as these rural social and economic development aspects.
