摘要
天津地铁六号线大毕庄车辆段实施上盖物业开发后,从盖下地铁功能用房建筑设计策略切入,通过对不同单体建筑类型辨析与重组,提出集约利用土地全新整合方案,剖析场地特征、功能布局、绿化景观等设计要素,并进一步提出优化设计方案。
Tianjin metro line 6 Da Bi Zhuang depot after realty development, from the subway under cover function housing architectural design strategy, through to differentiate and analyze different monomer building types and restructuring, put forward the new integrated intensive land use plan, analyze the characteristics, function layout, greening landscape design elements, and further optimizing design scheme is put forward.
