“三方协同”模式下卓越教师培养的实践研究

A Practical Study on the Cultivation of Excellent Teachers in the “Trinity Co-cultivation” Model

建立"三方协同"培养机制是我国高师院校培养卓越教师的探索方向。学校通过成立"卓越教师培养联盟",构建"双核并重"的人才培养模式和"双核并举"的课程体系,建立"教师互动发展"机制,采用线上线下混合的教与学方式,开展虚拟与真实的教学实践等一系列的探索,提升了师范生的人才培养质量,深化教师教育改革,探索出卓越教师培养的最佳路径。

Establishing the ＂trinity co-cultivation＂ is the exploring direction for our national teachers＇ institutes to cultivate excellent teachers. Through the establishment of the ＂Excellent Teacher Training Alliance＂, the school builds the ＂Dual Core＂ talent training mode, ＂Dual Core＂ curriculum system, establishes the ＂Teacher Interactive Development＂ mechanism, uses the online and offline mixed teaching method, conducts a series of virtual and real teaching practice , to enhance the quality of personnel training of normal students, and deepen the reform of teacher education in order to explore the best way to cultivate excellent teachers.
