摘要
采取重量法系统地研究母液种类、试验样品量、烘干时间、烘干温度、复配材料等因素对聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)含固量测试测试值的影响。结果表明:按照现行国家标准GB/T 8077—2012《混凝土外加剂匀质性试验方法》规定的重量法测试聚羧酸减水剂含固量时,因操作方法不统一,常常出现实测值与理论值存在较大偏差的情况。当取样量在4 g左右、烘干时间为4~6 h、烘干温度为105℃时,聚羧酸母液及成品含固量的测试结果与理论值较为吻合。
This paper tested the solid content of poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent (PCE) by weight method and sys- tematically studied the liquor types,sample quality,the baking time,temperature,composite material on the impact of test values. Results showed that,when test the solid content according to the existing national standard GB/T 8077--2012 "Methods for testing uniformity of concrete admixture", the measurement of solid Content of PCE was prone to deviate from this theoretical value be- cause of using different testing methods. When the amount of sample near 4 g and the drying time between 4-6 h and the drying temperature to 105 ℃,the test value agreed well with the theoretical value of PCE.
