摘要
为解决蒸压加气混凝土抗压强度检测周期长、检测过程繁琐的问题,研究了一种推定抗压强度的快速方法。首先,经过大量试验得到了不同含水率的实测抗压强度与含水率为8%~12%的蒸压加气混凝土抗压强度之间的换算系数;然后,将所测样品破碎并全部通过19.0 mm方孔筛,混合均匀后用四分法称取100 g,置于(105±5)℃干燥箱中干燥1 h,快速测试含水率;最后,结合换算系数与实测抗压强度换算含水率为8%~12%的抗压强度。
In order to solve the issues of !ong testing cycle and complicated process of compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete, a rapid method of meassuring compressive strength was researched. Firstly, the conversion factor of compressive strength between actual moisture content and 8%-12% was obtained after a large number of experiments; Secondly, moisture content was calculated rapidly by weighing 100 g samples of mixing evenly and separating into four parts after crushing and going all through the 19.0mm square hole sieve,keeping 1 h in drying oven at(105±5)℃.finally,compressive strength for 8%-12% moisture content can be calculated,combined with conversion factor and compressive strength on actual moisture content.
