摘要
由于各种原因,我国高校师资队伍建设中存在数量短缺和配置不平衡两大问题。以地域为基础,在各高校同类专业师资上实行联合开发共同利用,是解决高校师资发展失衡的重要途径。
For different reasons,shortage and imbalanced distribution are the main problems of college teachers’ construction.Based on region,the effectiue way to solve the problem is to operate a mechanism of multiregional collaboration among colleges and university teachers within the same major.
