和谐校园建设中如何加强大学生的文明礼仪教育

On Strengthening the Civilization and Etiquette Education of College Students in the Construction of Harmonious Campus

目前高校较普遍地存在文明礼仪教育流于形式,教师在文明礼仪示范教育中缺位,学生文明礼仪素质较低的现象。高校应转变观念,深化教育教学改革,把文明礼仪教育理念纳入教育管理的各个环节中,通过建立机制、强化管理,并在校内通过课堂教学、校园文化活动、礼仪实践、专项培训等多元化手段建立教育平台,将文明礼仪观念深入人心。此外,要多方探索,拓展校外教育空间,建立学校、社会、家庭"三位一体"的文明礼仪教育体系,将构建和谐校园进行到底。

At present,the civilization and etiquette education in colleges and universities are generally a mere formality,teachers are absence from their duties in the demonstration of civility,while students’ civilization and etiquette quality are poor.Colleges and universities should change their ideas and deepen educational reform,put the concept of civilization and etiquette education into all aspects of education management through the establishment of mechanisms to strengthen management,and create educational platform in schools through classroom teaching,campus cultural events,ceremonial practices,special training and other means of diversification,deeply root the concept of civility.In addition,we should expand space for extramural education,build schools,community,family "trinity" civilization and etiquette education system,and construct a harmonious campus through.
