摘要
在高职院校生源质量下降、社会主义市场经济大潮的影响和多元价值观冲击的大背景下,"贿赂"学生的管理方式出现在高职院校辅导员的工作行为中,本文对高职院校辅导员的"贿赂"管理进行分析,提出对策。
Under the background of low quality of students source,and the influence of Socialist market econemy,as well as the impact of multi-value concept,bribe students phenomenon exists among counsellors in higher vocational collegas.This paper analyzed the phenomenon and issued solutions.
