摘要
以顺丰为例提出我国第三方物流企业核心竞争力的要素构成即市场竞争力、资源优势度、管理能力和技术成熟度四个部分,并对要素关联性进行系统分析,研究了我国第三方物流企业核心竞争力的辨析和培育,构建了我国第三方物流企业核心竞争评价的指标体系和评价模型,并用于实证分析,使理论和实践密切结合。在此基础上,从宏观和微观相结合的视角,提出了提升我国第三方物流企业核心竞争力的对策建议。
This paper took Shunfeng Express Company as an example,discussed the core competitive ability of the third party logistics enterprises,issued and analyzed its elements as well.In addition,this paper constructed the evaluation system and model of the third party logistics enterprises,and put them into empirical analysis,thus issued countermeasures of promoting enterprise core competitiveness on the both macroscopic and microcosmic perspectives.
