摘要
在《城镇供水管网漏损控制及评定标准》(CJJ 92—2016)中,把城镇供水管网基本漏损率分为两级,一级为10%、二级为12%,此评定标准未把不同地区、不同规模、不同算法、管网条件、产销差控制周期和速率等对漏损率的影响考虑进去,脱离了当前国内管网漏损实际,太过简单、片面,不具有广泛的代表性。为此,从多个方面对该评定标准进行了分析,探讨存在的具体问题和不合理性,以期为今后的标准修订提供参考。
According to the Standard for Water Loss Control and Assessment of Urban Water Distri- bution System (CJJ 92-2016), the water loss rate is classified into level one at 10% and level two at 12%, and used to assess water loss. It ignores the factors that influencing the water loss rate, such as the geographical regions, water supply scales, algorithms, pipe network conditions, the cycle and rate of NRW control. It is an oversight of domestic pipe network leakage status and reality. It is over simplified, incomprehensive, and lack of representation. For these reasons, this paper analyzed the assessment crite- ria from various perspectives and explored the existing problems and irrationality, in order to provide a reference for future standard revision.
