数学模型在城市排水防涝综合规划中的应用 被引量:10

Utilization of Simulation Technique in Integrated Planning for Urban Drainage and Waterlogging Control

摘要 为了编制符合我国城市发展需要的排水防涝综合规划,以吉林省集安市的排水(雨水)防涝综合规划为例,基于MIKE系列模型构建一、二维耦合的集安市雨洪仿真模型,经调试模型达到了较好的计算精度。应用数学模型开展了城区排水系统排水能力分析、内涝风险分析与评估工作,并通过排水系统竖向规划与分区排水能力试算相结合的方法,对集安市排水系统的竖向、管径、管渠耦合方式等规划方案进行优化,为研究区设计了效益最优的排水系统规划方案。 In order to improve the integrated planning for urban drainage and waterlogging control to accommodate China' s urban development, Ji' an City in Jilin Province was taken as a case study in waterlogging risk assessment, and a 1D and 2D coupling stormwater simulation model was established u- sing MIKE model. The model was calibrated with monitored data of a rainfall occurred in 2012, and the results showed good accuracy in the proposed model. Two drainage schemes were simulated, and the re- sults were used to perform watedogging risk analysis and assessment of the city. Using a combination method of vertical drainage planning and trial calculation of drainage capacity, the drainage planning scheme of Ji'an City was optimized.
