摘要
从电磁、结构两方面对3550k W 2极异步电动机的设计进行一个简单阐述。电磁方面从三圆的选取、槽配合的选用、气隙的选择和电磁负荷匹配等几方面进行了论述;结构方面从整体风路设计、转子设计、转轴设计进行说明。让技术人员更详细地了解异步电动机的设计要点。
This paper briefly describes a 3550kW 2-pole induction motor from two aspects of electromagnetic and structural designs. Electromagnetic aspect is described from the electro- magnetic load matching and the selections of three circles, slot combination and air gap; struc- ture aspect is described from the designs of overall wind path, rotor and shaft.
