摘要
根据某电厂600MW汽轮发电机组在大修时发现转子一端护环有损伤,更换新护环时发现库存的备用护环锻件的屈服强度有所降低的情况,通过对该机型的转子护环进行有限元应力分析计算,论证了备用护环锻件可以满足机组的运行要求,解决了用户实际需求。
The damage of rotor retaining ring of a 600MW turbo-generator umt ot a power plant has been found in overhaul, and the yield strength of stock retaining ring forging has de- creased when replacing a new one. Based on the above situation, the stress of rotor retaining ring of this kind of generator is analyzed and calculated by finite-element method. It is verified that the stock retaining ring forging can meet operation requirements of the unit and can be re- placed. The actual demands of user has been solved.
