摘要 为提高煤矿井外因火灾风险评价的合理性,将模糊层次分析法(FAHP)与灰色聚类评估法结合运用到煤矿井外因火灾评价中。根据煤矿井外因火灾发生的特点,从消防安全管理、矿井引火源、煤矿防灭火、消防应急救援四个方面建立煤矿井外因火灾风险评价指标体系;采用FAHP法确定各评价指标的权重,并引入改进的基于中心点的三角白化权函数,建立了煤矿井外因火灾风险的灰类-FAHP评价模型;利用该评价模型对河南某煤矿井的外因火灾风险进行评价,结果表明该煤矿井的外因火灾风险水平处于较安全状态,其评价结果与实际情况相符,表明该方法具有实际应用价值。 In order to improve the rationality of the risk evaluation of exogenous mine fire,this paper applies the combination of fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAPH) and grey clustering evaluation in the risk evaluation of exogenous mine fire.According to the characteristics of exogenous mine fire,the paper establishes an evaluation index system in terms of fire fighting management,mine ignition source,mine fire prevention and fire emergency rescue.The paper determines weight values of indexes by FAHP,and introduces a new grey evaluation method based on reformative enter point triangular whitenization weight function.Then the paper builds the risk evaluation model of grey clustering FAHP of exogenous mine fire.Finally,the paper applies the model in a certain Henan mine.The results show that the level of the fire risk of the mine is relatively safe,which agrees well with the reality.The method has great practical value.
