关于高校图书馆学科信息资源建设的几点思考

Some Thinking about the Construction of Subject Information Resources in University Libraries

高校图书馆信息资源建设存在领导欠重视,馆员积极性不高、缺乏创新意识等不足。解决这些问题,应在积极寻求领导支持同时,不断改善工作氛围,提高馆员工作积极性和专业知识水平,并进一步优化图书馆藏结构。

There are some shortcomings in the construction of information resources in university libraries,such as: leaders take no account;librarians are not enthusiastic enough;innovation consciousness is in lack,etc.To solve these problems,besides seeking for support from leaders,working environment should be improved,librarians working enthusiasm should be motivated and their professional proficiency should be upgraded,the book collection structure should be perfected further.
