Game Theory Analysis of Integrity of Private Colleges and Government Regulation

摘要诚信办学是民办高校可持续发展的基石。当前,由于民办高校的求利性和政府监管制度的滞后等多种因素的影响,民办高校在办学过程中存在着种种失信现象,极大地损害了民办高校及整个民办高等教育的公信力、竞争力。本文运用博弈论的方法,分析民办高校诚信办学与政府监管之间关系,提出民办高校和政府的行为策略。 Running schools honestly is the cornerstone of sustainable development for private colleges and universities.Currently,due to the influence of various factors such as private colleges’ chasing for profits and lagging government regulation,there are some phenomena of losing honest and credit in the process that private colleges run the school,which damaged greatly the credibility and competitive power of private colleges and even the whole private higher education field.By applying the Game Theory,this essay analyzed the relationship between integrity of private colleges and government regulation,and put forward behavioral strategy of private colleges and the government.
