由于技校生年龄不断缩小、文化层次逐年降低、家庭困难的学生逐年增多等因素存在,现阶段技校学生管理工作的难度逐渐增大,这就迫切需要技校学生管理工作进一步更新与探索服务管理理念与管理方法,以解决技校学生管理工作中不断出现的新问题。

Currently student management in technical schools is getting more and more difficult because ages of these students are getting younger and younger,their literacy levels are lower and lower year by year,and there are more and more students whose families are poor.Thus,there is an urgent need that student management in technical schools be updated further,concept of service management and management methods be explored,in order to solve new problems emerged constantly in student management in technical schools.
