加强大学生就业教育的途径初探

Exploration on Approaches of Strengthening College Students’ Employment Education

当前大学生就业教育存在诸多问题,表现为高校就业教育意识较为"感性",缺乏深刻认识;就业教育过程缺乏系统、完善的理论指引;社会实践教育模式单一、滞后等。借鉴国外的先进教育经验,树立"理性"的就业教育意识,将就业教育理论与社会实践教育综合开展,成为加强大学生就业教育的有效途径。

The current college students’ employment education has many problems,which shows:its consciousness is somewhat emotional and lacking of profound understanding;its process lacks of systematical and perfect theoretical guidance;social practice education mode is simple and lagged,etc.It proved to be efficient approaches for strengthening college students’ employment education to profit from advanced education experience in foreign countries,to set up "rational" consciousness of employment education,and to carry out theory and social practice comprehensively.
