品管圈助力医技质量管理水平提升

Quality Control Circle Helping the Improvement of Medical Laboratory Quality Management Level

The quality control circle （QCC） activities were carried out in the medical laboratory departments, which can establish a positive department culture, effectively increase the work efficiency of technicians, medical service quality and clinical satisfaction, etc. The status of QCC in medical laboratory department was introduced, and the eftec- tiveness was showed through three examples of micro--power circle, lightning circle, and concentric circle. During the QCC development in medical laboratory department, the selection of a suitable subject was very important. The quality management tool should be scientifically used, and it should focus on inspiring employees to automatically spontaneous potential.
