摘要
目的了解医院合同制专业技术人员离职的影响因素,并提出应对举措,以减少合同制专业技术人员流失。方法通过问卷调查、信度检验、效度分析、描述性统计分析、相关分析、结构方程模型分析等,对医院合同制专业技术人员离职意愿影响因素进行研究。结果从医院合同制专业技术人员离职行为影响因素路径图可以看出,晋升机会、转正机会、薪酬、社会支持、工作压力、领导方式应作为影响医院合同制专业技术人员离职的关键因素进行改进。结论本研究有助于保证临床一线工作质量稳定,并为医院员工离职因素分析及医院人力资源管理工作的科学化、标准化、数据化提供一种新的研究思路。
Objective To investigate the influence factors on demission intention of hospital contractual profession als for targeted improvement to reduce loss of contractual professionals. Methods The questionnaire survey, reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and the structural equation model analysis were used to analyze the influence factors on demission intention of hospital contractual professionals. Results From the path graph of impact factors on demission intention of hospital contractual professionals, the promotional chances, positive chances, salary, social support, job stress, leadership style were the key factors to be improved. Conclusion The study helped to ensure the stable quality of clinical first--line work, and provided a new research idea for the scientific, standardized and datamation study on the demission intention of hospital contractual professionals, and on hospital human resource management.
