"一院多区"模式的出现是我国医疗卫生体制改革的新生事物,如何应对多院区管理工作面临的新机遇和新挑战,寻求最优的管理模式,使之取得最佳的成效是医院管理者必须研究和破解的课题。文章通过对各地一院多区管理模式的研究与分析,探索一院多区管理的有效模式,提出了加强多院区医院管理的几点思考。

The emergence of hospital in form of ＂one hospital with multi--district＂ is a new thing in Chings medical and health system reform, how to deal with the new opportunities and new challenges in the management of multi--dis- trict, and seek the best management mode to make the best effect is the project that the hospital manager must study on. Through the research and analysis of the multi--district management mode in hospitals of different areas, the effective mode of multi--district management was actively explored, and some thoughts on strengthening the management were put forward.
