摘要
介绍了焦炉上升管余热回收系统的工艺流程,从工艺和技术上解决了上升管筒体漏水、内壁结焦、汽液换热效率低等问题,投产后系统运行状态良好,具有显著的节能环保效益。
This paper introduces a technical process of waste heat recovery system from coke oven ascension pipes and proposes a solution to the problems such as ascension pipe leakage,inner wall carbonization ,low efficiency in heat exchanging between gas and liquid phase, etc.. The upgraded system after commissioning runs good with remarkable results in terms of energy saving and environmental protection.
