摘要
分析真空碳酸钾脱硫工艺脱硫液变黑的原因为煤气中氨含量超标。在脱硫塔旁设置缓冲罐置换变黑的脱硫液,同时控制进口煤气中氨含量,能有效解决脱硫液变黑的问题,稳定生产。
It is analyzed in this paper that the blackening of vacuum potassium carbonate desulfurization liquid resulted from excessive high content of ammonia in gas. A solution is proposed that a buffer tank is installed by the desulfurization column for changing the blackened desulfurization liquid and controlling the ammonia content at the gas inlet which could effectively solve the problem and stabilize production.
